I can't say enough how happy I am with the new beds and the service my wife and I received at Gallery Furniture. I had mistakenly gone to a competitor a week earlier for a decent sized order that they were struggling to put together. After a few days of waiting my wife and I were feeling frustrated because we had been more than patient with the competitor's store and their inconsistent updates and timelines. I told her to call Gallery Furniture and see if they had what we needed in stock which was some high end good quality beds for the entire family. After my wife called Gallery Furniture Fabian and Billy were very helpful and I was not only surprised to hear that they had everything we needed in stock but that we could also get it the same night if we needed to. This was about 7:30 PM on a Friday night. They also price matched the competitors prices and gave us some very nice sheets for each bed and a pillow, on top of waiving the delivery fee. So after countless phone calls back and forth to the competitors and them not being able to handle a mid-sized order Gallery Furniture handled it easily and didn't even break sweat. When I came down to pay the bill it couldn't have been any easier. I walked in, hardly had to say anything, paid my bill, and left with my receipt and a next day delivery so we had time to prepare the house. When the delivery team arrived they were very polite and professional, and Mattress Mack even followed up with a phone call Sunday morning to make sure everything went ok. I should have just gone here in the first place but I'm new to Houston and just didn't know better until now.

This adjustable base has been a great help for my back issues. I especially like the zero gravity feature as well as the leg raise, which keeps pressure off my lumbar. I wake up with less stiffness each morning.
