very soft and sturdy

This review is for a rug. We purchased serval items including couches and chairs and lord knows what else the wife picked lol. In short, Jethro was our sales guy and he did an amazing job. Jared the rug guy did a great job also. Everyone at Gallery was helpful and kind. The one take away for me was that Jethro was calm and patient with us. It was a Monday night and by the time we finished it was after 7pm. He never pushed or tried to sell us. He was taking every opportunity to go above and beyond what you would expect. At one point he took a chair from one end of the store to the other so my wife could see what it looked like next to the couch. Mack was walking through the store checking on things and we saw him. He could have ignored us and walked the other direction. Instead he walked up to us shook my hand and thanked us for coming in. If our furniture holds up even half as good as the service of gallery furniture I will have got more than my moneys worth. Good job guys we will be back for more.
