Your salesman,Kong, was great and he expedited my purchase of this recliner. Your finance person was very efficient and I love 15 month interest free loan. Also the delivery service was very helpful and polite. I bought the chair about 1:30 PM and the chair was delivered at 4:00PM. Since I purchased the chair, I have slept so much better. I highly recommend it for individuals with sleep apnea and have difficulty keeping the mask/nasal cushion in place. Also Mack, thank you for all you do for Houston and the surrounding area. God Bless
Starting from the second we walked into the building our salesman greeted us took us right over to the chairs and explained its functions in detail and the history of how the chair was conceived. It was an easy decision to make even after looking at competitors similar products. We received the chair at our home a couple of hours later. The delivery men were cordial and explained how to use the chair’s functions. We are extremely happy with our experience and purchase!
Just got one of these chairs for my mom, she really loves it. She just had heart procedure and she will be sleeping in it for sure. She said the delivery was great, the guys were so nice and funny, they even put the zecliner sheet set on it for her and showed her how the remote work. I had back surgery one week ago. Since then I have not slept well or been comfortable in any position sitting or lying down. I saw Mattress Mac advertise his MacZcliner recliner. I needed some relief so I called the store and talked to Mac. He told me he had just the thing for me and put me in contact with Tyler his sales person. This all happed at 2:00 this afternoon. I purchased the recliner and it was delivered about 3 hours later to my home. I immediately tried it out and found out that Mac had fixed my problem.
It is so comfortable I think I will sleep on it tonight. It is a pleasure to deal with such knowledgeable and professional people.
My recliner is amazing! So many great features, and so beautiful! I don’t typically like chair massages, but this is different than any I’ve experienced and it feels so great! And I love being able to set the feet and back at whatever angle feels best, rather than either “up” or “down”…I can be anywhere in between! I love it!
