Long story short…we had been waiting for another furniture store to deliver our new bed that we ordered Nov. 2021. After 4 excuses of them not showing up and us sleeping on the floor because they told us to remove our old bed, we got fed up and cancelled the order. We then picked out our bed on the Gallery website and an hour later we were buying a new bed with Lucky. Within a few hours Lucky had our new beautiful bed in our home. The delivery team was great. They were quick and professional. In the end, we will never go back to that other place and Gallery has a customer for life.
