From the moment we walked into Gallery Furniture, we were impressed. There were so many choices, and the quality was obvious—especially in the rocker recliner we ultimately chose.
Our salesman, Fabian, was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and personable. We were a little bummed at first when we found out we couldn’t take our chair home that day, but Fabian assured us they could deliver it all the way to Smithville, Texas, the very next day. We were in!
Sure enough, it arrived the next day at a very reasonable delivery price. The delivery team set everything up for us and even hauled away an old chair we had that was in the way. The entire process couldn’t have been easier.
But what really impressed me happened the following day when I received a personal phone call from Mack himself asking how our experience had been. That kind of customer service is rare these days, and it immediately showed me why Gallery Furniture has been so successful.
I’m a little old school when it comes to thanking people. We run a nonprofit ministry serving unfathered and at-risk boys, and I still believe in sending handwritten thank-you cards to our donors and supporters. So receiving a personal phone call from Mack meant a lot to me. It wasn’t automated or impersonal—it felt genuine.
Great furniture, great service, and people who still understand the value of taking care of their customers. We truly appreciated the entire experience and will absolutely be back!
