This is a really fantastic sofa. We ordered it online just based on reviews and Mack's video and it IS incredibly supportive and comfortable. The reclining mechanism is smooth and the fabric is wild - looks like leather from a distance but it's soft and durable and I have no fears about its longevity in our accident-prone home. The gray did end up clashing with our existing furniture, because the old recliner has some brown undertones in the gray, but that meant the pewter was perfect!! And that experience is another reason I love Gallery Furniture - when we realized almost immediately that I'd made an error in judgement, I didn't panic because I knew for a small fee we could do a mulligan on this, and the staff at the help desk in the store did a great job helping us out and getting everything settled. It was such a pleasant experience, AND both sets of delivery guys were great. I recommend this sofa, but even if this one isn't your style, stick with Gallery Furniture.
