Sensation Charcoal Left Arm Facing Chaise Sectional

This will be the first and last time we purchase from Gallery Furniture.

On February 15, 2026, we purchased a Sensation Charcoal Left Arm Facing Chaise Sectional for $3,247.48. Less than a month later, the thread on the pillows and sectional began unraveling. On March 14, I emailed our salesman, Juan Rea, with photos of the issue. He advised me to contact customer service.

I then spoke with Jordan in customer service and sent her multiple photos and videos clearly showing the problem. On March 18 at 12:52 p.m., Jordan contacted me and stated that the pillows are “supposed to be like that” and therefore would not be replaced. Instead, they offered to have the couch “repaired” by their AHM Furniture vendor.

I explained that the pillows were fully closed and stitched all the way around when we purchased the couch, so they should not be unraveling after only a few weeks of normal use. Jordan said she spoke with their factory department and was told that this is how the pillows are designed.

What was even more disappointing was being told that we purchased a “more economical sectional” and that if we wanted better quality, we should have purchased a more expensive couch. In other words, because we didn’t buy a $10,000 couch, we should expect poor quality. She also made it very clear that Gallery Furniture does not make the furniture—they only sell it.

Spending over $3,200 on a couch that starts falling apart within weeks should not be considered acceptable, “economical” or not.

Gallery Furniture and Mattress Mack publicly state that they take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of the furniture they sell. Based on our experience, that claim does not reflect the product we received or the way this issue was handled.

Buyers should be aware that if something goes wrong shortly after purchase, you may be told the defect is “supposed to be like that” or that you simply didn’t spend enough money to expect better quality.

Very comfy

Came in looking for a couch , tyler assisted on helping me , not even 10 minutes being there i was already loving the energy he gave and bought the couch and had it delivered same day. Forsure will be using him next time !!

We love this sofa. It is soft enough that you sink comfortably into it when you sit down but not so soft you have to work to get back up. Gallery Furniture had it delivered same day and the purchase was quick and easy. Highly recomment.

Everything from the greeting at the door to the delivery and haul away was fantastic. Took a sad situation of the prior sectional being damaged by our dog and needing an urgent replacement into a happy ending. Will do again. Quality of furniture is outstanding.
