Great depth, love the color!

I wrote a review earlier giving this couch 4 stars. At first we liked it. It fit perfectly into our small living room. I liked the color. But this couch is not comfortable and it does not stay nice with time. The whole couch is too low. The cushions and couch back don't have enough firmness or filling. This is uncomfortable and starts to show a lot of wear (and we've only had the couch for 6 months). But the pillows—that we would like to be soft—are hard and overfilled. Even laying on the couch is uncomfortable. Our old couch was the most comfortable place in the house. Not this one. It is less than a year old and I'm already hoping for a new couch. I loved our Gallery Furniture experience, but this couch is not the quality that I had hoped for.

This couch is super comfortable and is a beautiful color! My only complaint is that the sections can slide and case a gap where they meet.

Perfect for the whole family

I really love the color and size of this couch. It fits perfectly in our smaller living room. The ottoman is great with it. Very comfortable for our family of four to relax on and watch a movie. My only complaint is that we've only had it a month and I feel like the cushions are starting to show wear. I wish the fabric was tighter around them still.

We needed a comfortable sectional but were limited to 31"" doorway. This sectional fit the bill as it comes in smaller pieces to easily move into the room. So far we love it!

I purchased this sectional a year ago. I fell in love with the slate color and it was super comfortable. The first review I wrote was glowing. Within 2 months the arm broke & the foam in the seat cushions were showing extreme signs of wear. I called Gallery & they made it right, fixing the arm & replacing the foam with what the manufacturer said was higher quality. Now 10 months later I am having the foam replaced again. While I am grateful Gallery is taking care of this I was upset to learn that the warranty that I purchased at the time of sale is only for stains and will not cover manufacturer defects such as the color of the fabric fading/scratching off or additional foam replacements that I'm sure will be inevitable. Overall I am very disappointed with the quality of this sectional and the lack of clarification of the extended warranty I was sold, especially for the price of both.

I had been to 3 other stores looking for a sectional like this one before finally finding this one at Gallery Furniture. It is so comfy and big enough for the family, or just yourself. As a center point in the family room, this section is very versatile. We love it!

Love this sectional. Great color matches perfect with our decor and style. Really like the size of this sectional also. Price was also better than every furniture store we shopped already. Sales person and delivery persons were all friendly and professional!

Moved into a smaller space and needed something that wouldn't take up too much room, but still felt ""roomy"" and comfortable - something that you and your friends can lounge on while watching movies. This sectional fits the bill. The cushions are nice and deep, making it feel much bigger than it actually is. I also love the material. It's not too rough and ""canvas-like"", but it's also not micro-fiber. It's a solid and durable fabric that's also comfortable. The pillows are also awesome, and a great bonus that comes with the sectional. Very happy with my purchase!
