This mattress pad really does continue the cooling effect. We followed proper cleaning directions and covered the mattress. It fits well and feels nice under the sheets. We recommend getting this if you have the cooling adapt mattress.

It’s hot it is not cooling. I have been calling the store to return but no one was able to help me. Seems like the guys whom answer the phone aren’t trained to do customer service. They don’t resemble what great customer service is like. It’s intimidating at the most. Anyway I’d like to return the item it’s been a week and no one has been able to help.
William Smith our salesperson took the time and patience to explain our options on what type of mattress cover we should purchase. We made a great choice based on his recommendations. Our new mattress was delivered by 5:00pm and we put everything together to sleep on it that night and we could really tell the temperature difference with using the cooling protection sheet. This is a very good quality mattress protector. However, it would be nice if there was a softer version of this available at the store. It is solely a mattress protector/cover, and does not add any comfort to the feel of the mattress. It seems to work well to protect the mattress so far.
