First off, thank you Mack for having the most diverse amount of furniture to choose from.Yes sir, excellent job! Our whole experience was amazing. From delivery drivers maneuvering the large box truck into our narrow property, to squeezing the furniture through a tight porch and doorway and setting in place. They were very courteous and professional.
Also our salesman, Tyler, was very good. Didn’t pressure us and was very informative and understanding. Our cashier was also wonderful. Very sweet and took all the important information I provided to keep delivery drivers safe from the vicious dog next door.

Manual Recline
Great Product/Great Experience/Exceptional Value: We looked at a number of stores for manual recliner sofas, made with microfiber. Gallery wound up checking all the boxes! Our salesman Albert D.) went above and beyond the call of duty by handling 2 visits, a number of texts (requesting dimensions and pictures), along with several calls and emails. After sleeping on it over a weekend, I made the purchase by phone on Monday and the furniture arrived just a few hours later. Delivery crew hauled off our well-loved furniture, set up the new furniture and made sure that everything worked properly before they left. The sofa is extremely comfortable, well-made (in America) and most importantly, our cat has not touched it since his favorite "scratch pad" was hauled off a week ago. On top of getting a cozy new couch, free delivery and haul-off made the decision a no-brainer! Thanks Mack!
