I was recovering in the hospital, and needed something to recover in fast at home. I was in pain, but this was the only thing I thought of. Mack called me back within an hour, and I was already in touch with on of his sales team. It's made in the USA, looks great in my living room, and worked great for my recovery. Absolutely love this chair! Husband had cancer surgery and it was so hard to get out of our old recliner. We got the MacZcliner and it was so much easier to lift up! Helped so much with his incision pain. Well worth it.
No chest pain using the stand up and sit down features. The heat and message is wonderful. It rolls and doesn't shake your body.

My mom is in hospice and I needed a comfortable power massage heat recliner as the one I had ordered from Amazon malfunctioned one day after delivery. Went to gallery furniture on 99 on Tuesday to look at the Maczcliner, was greet by Patrick Gilger, he was very knowledgable about the zcliner. There was no high pressure sales, I took the information back and discussed with my husband who has just recently had major back surgery. Called Patrick back a few hours later to make the purchase, recliner was delivered on Wednesday by 2 young men who had it set up and tested in just a few minutes. My husband came home on Thursday and is enjoying his new Maczcliner!!!
We needed this Zcliner fast after my father’s heart surgery and the Sales Associate Darrel Mouton was amazing at coordinating a speedy delivery that was extremely professional. The Zcliner is something every adult should have post injury or surgery or even just to get a great sleeping position that you can’t achieve in a bed. The heat and massage are so incredibly soothing, the fabric is durable and the lift function post heart surgery is a life saver. It’s the difference in being independent versus waiting on someone else to help you up. I can not say enough good things about this product and about gallery furniture. Do not hesitate to buy this chair, it’s worth it and more!!

My 81-year-old father needed a new recliner ASAP after his old one finally stopped working and became stuck in the upright position.
He looked at me and said, “Son, I want the same recliner that Mac has!”
I called GF and spoke with Matthew, explaining the situation and asking if there was any way we could get one delivered that same evening. Matt simply said, “Get here, and we’ll make it happen.”
Sure enough, I walked in around 5:45 PM, just minutes before the delivery cutoff. Matthew and the team came through exactly as promised. By 8:45 PM that same night, my dad was comfortably asleep in his brand-new MACZCliner.

This is the second one of these chairs I have purchased. My disabled son that lives with me took over the first one and now I have my own wonderful chair. I can get a massage and heat on my back after taking care of him and doing my chores. Then take a wonderful nap in the chair.

I talked with several people at Gallery Furniture, online, by phone and actually went into the show room to try the chair out. We had a different chair and I wanted to see if it was more comfortable.
We had seen numerous commercials on TV by Mattress Mack explaining his experience.
I was buying the chair for a family member, who has been diagnosed with a chronic condition.
I thought it would be better….more comfortable than what we had.
The delivery folks were great, set up the new chair and removed the old chair.
We were able to use it 1 day…. Then it was off to the hospital.
She was in the hospital for about a week and was taken…by ambulance to a skilled nursing facility.
Long story short we ended up staying at the skilled nursing facility, long term.
I had her chair moved from the Senior Living Apartments to the skilled nursing facility by Gallery Furniture delivery folks for a small fee. Thanks for all the help Billy.
I was thrilled that they could pick it up and move it.
The MacZCliner is the best thing I could get for my family member and her comfort.
