I walked in at 8am on a Saturday. Juan was standing at the front and gave me a warm greeting. I knew which mattress, box spring, and frame I wanted, and he took me right over to them. Tested them out, purchased, and was out of the store by 8:20 a.m. I was moving on that day, and this quick service was extremely helpful to me. Furniture was delivered by 4:30 that day and installed by the delivery crew. Gallery Furniture always has been, is, and always will be the number one furniture store in Houston!

A true “customer first” experience. Customer service at its finest and high-quality furniture.

The sales representative Albert was fantastic and helpful. They delivered furniture to San Antonio and did it on time and exactly the way they said they would the delivery crew was professional and they left our house clean. They were helpful in the process and very friendly. Mac called us the next day to check on our delivery, which proves the type of customer service he is known for. We will definitely buy from gallery furniture again, no matter where our house is.

The features on this bed are AMAZING!!

The features on this bed are AMAZING!! We can't believe how far these beds have come since our last one over 10 years ago...likely 15!! The cooling and airflow will be a huge help in our medical journey. The installation crew set everything up, attached the headboard, and gave a wonderful walk-thru of the remote control!! They even gave us the tip when changing the sheets --- title the bed up to grab the corners in the middle for the split king!
